Questions pet groomers ask
Can one owner have several pets?
The contact is the owner. Each pet’s name, breed and notes go in custom fields or notes on that contact, and a date field can drive its own rebooking reminder.
Can clients book online?
Yes. A public booking page per service, synced to Google Calendar, with confirmation and reminders sent automatically. If you turn it on, a deposit can be taken through Square at booking.
Can owners sign a release before the first groom?
Yes. A Relay form can carry a signature field. The signed copy is saved as a PDF on the client’s record and is never edited afterwards.
Can I text everyone about a last-minute opening?
Yes. Build a segment, for example regulars who have not booked this month, and send an SMS blast. Opt-outs are honoured automatically.
