Yes. The free plan is a working workspace with the contact, sending and automation caps shown on its card. No card is asked for at signup, and nothing upgrades or charges on its own.

No. A plan is priced for the business, not per person. Every plan includes a team allowance (unlimited on the top tier), and adding a colleague within it costs nothing extra.

An add-on for any paid plan. Relay answers your business line, books appointments against your calendar and captures the caller as a lead, so a missed call becomes a contact instead of a voicemail. It also answers Instagram and Facebook DMs and comments with AI replies. The add-on includes a block of talk minutes each month and bills per minute past it.

No. On any paid plan you can add another business as its own isolated workspace under your login, at half your plan price per added business, up to five. Past five, the agency suite is the next step.

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Settings → Billing at any time; a cancellation runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Your contacts, notes and products stay exportable on every plan.
